Veronika Rädler

Born in Munich in 2000, violinist Veronika Rädler has been studying with Prof. Elisabeth Kufferath at Hanover’s University of Music, Drama and Media since October 2024. She previously completed her Bachelor’s with Prof. Tanja Becker-Bender at the University of Music and Theatre in 
Hamburg, graduating with highest honours. 

A laureate of several national and international competitions, Veronika was a prizewinning 
finalist at the Elise Meyer Competition in both 2021 and 2023, and at the Sinfonima Foundation 
Instrument Competition in Mannheim. She also received major recognition at the International Max Rostal Competition and the German Music 
Competition. 

Most recently, at the 31st Competition of the German Musical Instruments Fund, she was awarded the loan of a fine violin by Carlo Giuseppe Testore, Milan, c. 1710.

An avid chamber musician, Veronika has been performing in ensembles from an earlyage, and has collaborated with artists such as Jens-Peter Maintz, Adrien Boisseau,Andrej Bielow and Alexey Stadler. She is a founding member of the Tovesco Trio, whichhas won a number of awards since it was formed in 2021, including prizes at thePinerolo e Torino International Chamber Music Competition, the Jeunesses MusicalesInternational Chamber Music Campus, and the Berenberg Bank Foundation.

The trio is taught by Oliver Wille and Dirk Mommertz, and has taken part at masterclasses with Eberhard Feltz, Thomas Hoppe, and members of the Vogler Quartet.Veronika’s concert appearances have already taken her to venues such as theElbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Sala Concerti in Turin, and Munich’s Gasteig.

As a soloist, she has performed with the Freising Chamber Orchestra, theStephansorchester Hamburg, and the Jena Philharmonic Orchestra. Her chamber musicrecordings have been broadcast by Bayerischer Rundfunk, among others.She has served as concertmaster and principal violinist of the Bavarian State YouthOrchestra, and is regularly invited to perform as a substitute with orchestras such as theDeutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and the NDR Radiophilharmonie Hannover.

Veronika has received inspiration from masterclasses and lessons with AnaChumachenco, Mihaela Martin, Sophia Jaffé, Priya Mitchell, Lukas Hagen, NoraChastain, Midori, and Tabea Zimmermann.She is a scholarship holder of the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben and ‘Yehudi MenuhinLive Music Now’, and is deeply committed to bringing classical music to wideraudiences through school concerts and outreach projects with Musethica.
